PASTORAL COUNCILS:

PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL
The Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) is a group of members of the Parish who serve a three-year term. All members are nominated by the Parish. The Council exists to advise the Pastor and to establish and maintain the Parish activities and the spiritual welfare of the Parishioners by envisioning and planning. The Council consists of 12 members nominated by the Parish to serve 3-year terms. Two ex-officio members are chairpersons of two Parish organizations. There are 10 monthly meetings and an annual retreat experience. No meetings are held in July or December.

STEWARDSHIP FINANCE COMMISSION
This Commission mandated by Canon Law advises the pastor on financial planning and development. They assist the pastor with planning and administering financial matters and in setting policy and procedures that will bring about effective management. Stewardship helps all the baptized reach a deeper awareness and appreciation of their gifts, so that they might freely give them back to the church and the world.

CALVARY CEMETERY BOARD
Calvary Cemetery
Two Catholic cemeteries exist in Logan County. A small private one located near one of the Piatt castles, and Calvary Cemetery. Established c.1869, our Calvary Cemetery lies within the boundaries of St. Patrick Parish and was created and is maintained by the parish. The cemetery is located 1-1/2 miles southwest of Bellefontaine on C.R. 18. It encompasses 11 acres on a gentle hillside incorporating a mix of trees, shrubs, and open areas, all affording a pleasant view of the countryside.

Calvary Cemetery is equipped to provide traditional in-ground interments, a special area for above-ground crypts, a columbarium for the respectful interment and memorializing of cremated remains.

Calvary Cemetery was not created for the exclusive use of the members of St. Patrick parish. On the contrary, any baptized, practicing Catholic is welcome to consider Calvary Cemetery as a final resting place for themselves or their loved ones.

St. Patrick Parish and the Calvary Cemetery Trustees invite you to visit the cemetery at your convenience. Should you wish to learn more about the cemetery or discuss details of your specific needs for the services provided by the cemetery, please contact the St. Patrick Parish office at 937-592-1656. The office staff will have one of the Calvary Cemetery Trustees contact you promptly to answer your questions and discuss any needs you may have. The Cemetery Trustees are: Fr. Shawn Landenwitch, Dave Alig, Terry Stolly (Chairman), Joe Steggeman, Mike Maze, Hon. Mark O'Connor, Robert Stoll, and Mike Stolly. Ex Officio: Deacon Harold Dipple, Emeritus.
